GOALS
As a philosophy teacher, my primary aim is to develop a student's ability to speak, write, and ultimately, think. I am always striving to become a better teacher, and enjoy trying new tricks to get philosophical dialogue going in the classroom.
At the University of Virginia I participated in UVA Advance, a program for mentoring students underrepresented on our upper middle class campus. I strive to be a trusted resource to my students, including those underrepresented in our discipline.
